Trash was the subject of this series, and with the large amounts of coffee I get, I chose to mostly focus on coffee cups and other appliances you'd get from a coffee shop. In terms of lighting, I wanted it to be an overall dark, but warmly lit setting, imagine waking up in a dark room as the sun rises and shines through the window, a time you'd get coffee to start the day. The way it is organized I wanted it to be somewhat organized, almost make them look like proper structures, and others I simply dumped on the floor, because you don't expect trash to be laid out nicely. And so what we get is something that can be reminiscent of ruins, with certain cups knocked over, a mess, almost like a world that had crumbled and decayed.
